   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return of Said writt
   came William Frisby Gent high Sherrife of Said County and made return—
   thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffisby Sherf.
   James Crooke | Charles absolute Lord and Proprietari of the Province of
           at | Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca To the
   Philip Eilbeck. | Sherrife of Kent County greeting wee Command you that
   —————— | you take the body of Philip Eilbeck of Kent County —
   Glazier if he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him Safe keep So that
   you have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at
   our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday
   in June next to Satisfie unto James Crooke as well the Sume of Two —
   pounds Nineteen Shillings and Six pence Currant money Damages -
   which the Said Plt~ Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices
   of our Said Court the Twenty third day of this Instant March whereof he
   is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred and
   five pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also together with the Sume of forty
   Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof faile not at your perill and
   have you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent—
   chiefe Justices of our Said Court this 23d day of March in the Second Year
   of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini 1716 JEarle prqr: Jams Smith Clk

   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return of Said

   Seventy And three pounds of Tobacco Debt by the afd Plt Recovered against the

   forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have
