   205                              June Court 1717:
   if any he hath why the afd Horse attaiched in his hands as the
   goods and Chattells of the afd Deft Should not be Condemned for
   the use of the afd Plt The Said Samuel Wallis made default~.
   and did not appear to the afd Attachment neither by himselfe or
   an Attr Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt
   this twentieth day of June Anno Domini one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Seventeen That the afd Horse attaiched in the
   hands of the afd Samuel Wallis as the goods and Chattells of
   the afd Deft to the value of Six hundred and fifty pounds of
   Tobacco be Condemned to the use of the afd Plt and that he
   have thereof Execution the Said Plt giving Security that if
   in case the Same Deft Should come in and appear to the orriginall
   Accõn either by himself or his attry and make it appear that
   the Demand afd is Satisfied or any part thereof that then—
   the Said Plt Shall make restitution of the afd Horse So —
   attaiched or the value thereof

Glazier if he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices of our next County Court
   to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
   third tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Amos Garrett as well the Sume
   of thirty three Shillings and Eight pence Currant money Damages which
   the Said Plt~ Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices of our Said
   Court the twenty third day of this Instant March whereof he is Convict as apprs
   upon Record as also the Sume of Three hundred and Six pounds of Tobacco
   Cost of Suite as also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco -
   additional Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have you then and there
   this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court this
   23d day of March in the Second year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domi 1716
