                                            June Court 1717                                      204
   part thereof the Same in your Custody keep So that you have them before
   the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of
   Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in June next then and there to be
   Condemned According to Act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain-
   Henry Lowe junr. unless he the Said Abraham Bush by himselfe or his
   attorney Shall appear and answer unto the Said Henry Lowe junior
   in a plea of Trespass upon the Case According to Law and that by good
   and Lawfull men of your Bailywick you make known unto the——
   person or persons In whose hands you make the Same attachment
   that he Shee or they be and appear before the Justices of our Said
   Court to be held as afd to Shew cause if any he She or they have
   why the Same goods and Chattells rights or Credits So attached in his
   her or there hands ought not to be Condemned according to Law if to
   him her or them it Shall Seem meet and how you Shall execute
   this writ that you make known unto our Said Justices at the day and
   place afd and have you then and there this writ witness Nathl.
   Hynson Gent~ chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 23d day of March
   in the Second year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini 1716

   Att which Said next Court vizt. the eighteenth day of June Anno.
   Domini Seventeen hundred and Seventeen the day of return of
   Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County &
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt
    By vertue of ye within writ to me directed I Certifie to ye Justices
   within mentioned that I have attaiched one Gelding Colour Roan
   of the price of Six hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco of the goods
   and Chattells of the within named Abraham bush in the hands
   of a certain Samuel Wallis of afd County Gent and have the Same
   ready to be Condemned to ye use of the within named Henry Lowe
   and I have also made known unto ye Said Samuel Wallis before
   Michael Hacket and John                 good and Lawfull men of my
   Bailywick that the Said Samuel Wallis be and appear at the .
   time and place within mentioned to Shew cause &ca. as the
   within writ Exacteth &ca.                 Wm Ffrisby Sherf
    And now at the Said Court Came the afd Plt by his afd attry
   and prayd Condemnation of the afd Horse attached in the hands
   of the afd Samuel Wallis as the goods and Chattells of the afd
   Deft~ to the value of Six hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco
   and the afd Samuel Wallis being Solemnly called to Shew cause
