———————	\|	you that you take the body of John Moore of Said

   County weaver if he Shall be found in your Bailywick & him safe keepe
   So that you have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
   third tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto John Faning as well the
   Sume of Seven hundred eighty two pounds of Tobacco and one half
   pound of Tobacco and one hundred and eighty pounds of Tobacco
   in the whole amounting to the Sume of Eight hundred and ninety
   pounds of Tobacco and one half pound of Tobacco Damages by the
   afd Plt~ Recovered against the afd Deft~ before the Justices of our Said
   Court the twenty fourth day of November last whereof he was Convict
   as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Six hundred fourty four
   pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also the Sume of Six hundred fourty four
   pounds of Tobacco add^l Cost hereof faile not at your perill and have
   you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent—
   chiefe Justice of our Said Court this 23^d day of March in the Second
   year of our Dominion &c^a. Anno Domini 1716 TBowne p^r a^r Jam^s Smith Clk
     Att which Said next Court viz^t. the Eighteenth day of June Anno Dom
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return of Said
   writ came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made
   return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as foll^s viz^t Cepi Corpus
