   one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return of Said
   writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made —
   return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt Cepi Corpus

Kent County greeting wee Command you—
   that you take the body of Laughlin Flinn of Kent County Innholder
   if he Shall be found in your Bailywick and him Safe keep So that
   you have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to be~
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the
   third tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Cornelius Dea as well
   the Sume of Eleaven hundred twenty five pounds of Tobacco —
   Damages by the Said Plt~ recovered before the Justices of our Said
   Court on the twenty third day of this Instant March whereof he
   is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Six hundred
   Eighty Seven pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also together with
   the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost thereon—
   accrueing hereof faile not at yor. prill and have you then and there
   this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our
   Said Court this 23d day of March in the Second Year of our Dominion
   &ca. Anno Domini 1716 TBowne pr Querr    Jams Smith Clk
