   was ordered to take the afd Wm out of the Stocks which was accordingly

   ordered by this Court that a Veniry be made out against Thomas
   Jones on the bill found by the Orphan Jury returnable to
   next Court~
   ordered that Sumones Issue for all Evidences in the Same
   Cause against the Same   ———————

   Daniel Pearce— | body of Daniel Pearce of Kent County in ye.

   Pearce of Kent County Inholder if he Shall be found in your Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that you have his body before the Justices of our
   next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in
   Said County on the third tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Richard
   Smithers of Said County Gent~ and Mary his wife (nuper Dicta) Mary
   Carvill Executrix of ye last will & Testament of John Carvill late of Said
   County deceased as well the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling Debt on Judgmt.
   Recovered against the Said Deft before the Justices of our Said Court the
   Seventh day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred &
   twelve whereof he was Convict as ap.rs upon Record as also the Sume of
   four hundred Sixty & Six pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite which Said Judgmt.
   was by Sciri facias Revived And on the twenty fourth day of March Anno
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen the Said Deft was.
   againe Convict for the afd Sumes of tenn pounds Sterling Debt afd and —
   also the Sume of four hundred Sixty and Six pounds of Tobacco as also —
   together with the Sume of three hundred thirty Eight pounds of Tobacco
   Cost on the Sciri facias afd as also the Sume of forty Six pounds of—
   Tobacco addl Cost thereon accruing hereof faile not at your perill and
   have you then and there this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent~.
   chief Justice of our Said Court this 23d day of March in the Second Year
   of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini   1716 TBowne pr Querr.
