   as afd. This Court here discharges the Same Recognizances
      William Smith at the Same time afd Entrd into Recognizance in~
   the Sume of five pounds Sterling to apr at this Court. as an Evidence
   against the afd Thomas Winn junr. &ca. The Same William Smith—
   comes into Court and aprs. to the Same ordered by the Court—
   here that the Same Recognizance be discharged
      William Smith afd his Recognizance taken as afd This Court
   here discharges the Same——

      There being prsentment framed ^ by the Clarke of the Indictmts.
   of this Court against Thomas Jones of Said County by reason he—
   hath not learnt his apprentis Richd Willis his trade———
        This Court ordrs that a Warrant be made out and that the
   Sd Richd Serve it on his Sd Mastr. to answr the afd Bill tomorrow
        Court adjourns to morrow morning Eight Clock

   against George Hill made out and Signed by the Court— —

    William Mackey coming into Court drink & distrubing the Court
   the Sherrife is ordered by this Court to putt him in the Stocks & to
   Continue him in the Same two hours   after which time the Sher
