   199                                   June Court 1717
   A Copy of the Act of Assembly that was made the last Assembly relateing
   to Such as keep Ordinary   Read in Court   Ordered by this Court here
   that all Such persons that doth keep ordinary in this County that are
   at Town the Sherf of Sd County give them notice that they attend.
   this Court immediatly   on which came William Glanvill Nathal
   Pearce Laughlin Flinn   Chrisr Bateman & William Smith—
   and Susannah Edwards who heard the above mentioned Act read
   who offers to comply but takeing Surety is referrd to August Court
   next
   John Moll & Jonathan Page likewise heard the afd Act who —
   denys to give any Surety relateing thereto ——
   John Redis & Thomas Kelley Sworn to the orphan Jury as Evidences
   Mr William Comegys takes his place and Sits on the bench
    Mr Thomas Bowne Sworn to the orphan Jury as an Evide
   The orphan Jury returns and finds prsentment agst Thomas
   Jones which present was drawn up into bill and Signed pr
    Abraham Redgrave foreman—————
      The orphan Jury discharged
   His Lordships - | Recognizance taken before Mr Samuel Wickes
        at | one of his Said Ldships Justices for his apce. to this
   Thomas Winn jun.r | Court the Same Thomas Winn Junr in his propr
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | person aprs. to the Same   ordered by this Court


here that his recognizance and his Sureties ——
   recognizance for his apce. be discharged
   Thomas Winn Junr afd his Recognizance afd taken the tenth day
   of Aprill last in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg &c.a for his app.ce to this
   Court and keep the peace in the mean time and Especially to Arthur
   Foreman of this County and at this Court no person Shewing any Cause
   why the Same recognizance Should not be discharged This Court here
   discharges the Same—
   Thomas Winn Senr. & James Smith at the Same time entred into
   Recognizance in the Sume of fifty Shillings Sterlg Each for the
   appearance of the afd Thomas Winn Junr to keep the peace
