   18                                      June Court 1716
   the blood appeare for Comitting the offence of fornication afd according to
   Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca. and pay the Sume of Two —
   hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco cost accrueing on the Premises afd.
   It is Considered by the Court here also the Same day last Mentioned .
   that William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County take the afd Mary —
   Halbruck into his custody and Carry her to the publique whying Post
   and to receive as in the Judgment afd and then to bring her into Court
   againe   —————
    After which the Same day last mentioned Came the afd Sherf and
   made return of his precept agst the afd Mary wth afd Mary as folls vizt
   In all things Served and Executed   pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf ———
   ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary give Surety to keep the~
   County harmless from all charge that hath or may accrue on Accot of -
   the afd Child
   The afd Mary Halbruck comes into Court and acknowledges herselfe -
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of five~
   Thousand pounds of Tobacco to be Leveyed on her goods and Chattells
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if She doth keep the afd Child .
   delivered from her body from all charge that hath or may accrue to the
   County on Accot of the Same wherewith She acknowledges herselfe to
   be Content~
   John Ellis of this County comes into Court and acknowledges him
   Selfe indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume
   of five Thousand pounds of Tobacco to be Leveyed on his goods &
   Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if the afd Mary —
   Halbruck Do not keep the afd Child that was last delivered from her
   body from all charge that hath or may accrue to the County on Accot.
   of the Same~
   ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Halbruck give~~~
   Surety to pay all fees on Accot. of the premises afd
   John Ellis afd comes into Court and Saith that he will pay to the
   officers of this Court all fees on Accot of the afd Mary Halbruck accrueing
   on the premises afd on w.ch the afd Mary is discharged ———
