unto Nathaniel Hyson by ye name of Nathl.
   Hynson of ye Same place Mercht. of a plea tha the render him ye
   full & Just Sume of four pounds two Shillings & tenn pence —
   Sterling money to him he oweth & from him unjustly detaineth
   and five thousand five hundred Sixty two pounds of Sound Merchant:
  :able leafe Tobacco in Cask of ye value of Twenty three pounds —
   three Shillings & Six pence Sterling money which he unjustly
   detains &ca. And Whereupon the Said Nathaniel by Thomas Bowne
   his attry Saith that Whereas the afd Robert the fifteenth day of~
   March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirteen at St Pauls
   Parish in Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court~
   by his certain writing obligatory which the Said Robert Sealed
   with his Seale and as his deed delevered hereinto Court brought
   the date whereof is the Same day & year afd Granted himselfe
   holden and firmly bounden to the afd Nathaniel in the afd full
   and Just Sume of four pounds two Shillings & tenn pence —
   Sterling money and the afd five Thousand five hundred Sixty
   two pounds of Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco in cask of~
   the afd value of Twenty three pounds three Shillings & Six
   pence Sterling money to be paid to the Said Nathaniel when
   thereto required Yet the afd Robert altho’ often required the
   afd four pounds two Shillings and tenn pence and the afd
   five Thousand five hundred Sixty and two pounds of Tobo-
   to the Said Nathaniel hath not rendered but the Same hitherto
   to render the Said Robert hath denied and yet denys and the
   Tobacco afd unjustly detains to the damage of the Said Nathl
   forty pounds Sterling money and thereupon he brings Suite &ca —
   TBowne pr Querr pls &ca. John Doe & Rd Roe    And the Said —
   Plt by his attry afd prayd that the Said Deft might to his Decln -
   afd answer And the afd Plt in his proper person appeared to
   the afd Accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and
   to answer at next Court which was granted the Same day was -
   given the Plt in like manner
