   the Plt also . . . .   Att which Said next Court vizt. the Twentieth
   day of March the Same year last mentiond the Said Cause was —
   Continued untill the then next Court
             Att which Said next Court viz the nineteenth day of June
   Anno Domini   One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen the Said
   Cause was Continued untill the then next Court in Course
                Att which Said next Court viz the Twenty first day of—
   August the Same Year last mentioned the Said Cause was ——
   Continued untill the then next Court .
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the Twentieth day of Novembr
   the Same year last mentioned The Same cause Standing for tryall
   came the Said Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry and the Said —
   Deft by John Johnson his attry and the Said Plt by his Said
   Attorney declares folls vizt. Kent County Maryland Ss James Meek of Kent
   County Planter Stands attached to Answer unto Owen Macgrauh of~
   a plea of Trespass upon ye Case And Whereupon the afd Owen by -
   Thomas Bowne his attry Complains for that whereas a certain Mary
   Oneal a poor woman and wife to a Certain Neale Oneal and her daughter
   Mary an Infant the Twenty eight day of January Anno Domini —
   Seventeen hundred and thirteen at Kent County afd within the Jurisdi:
  :tion of this Court was and for the Space of four months next before at
   the request of the Said Mary had been Sojourners and Borders with
   him the Said Owin and by the Said Owin found and provided with
   Sufficient meat drink and Lodging and So was to Continue with
   the Said Owen for and during the Remainder of one year at—.
   a Certain Rate Between the Said Mary and Said Owen before that
   time Concluded and agreed for Twelve hundred pounds of Merchantble
   Tobacco by the Said Mary to be paid to the Said Owen and one Tunn
   of Tobacco hogsheads by the Said Mary to be procured to be made
   for the Said Owin when by the Said She Should be thereto required And
   the Said Mary appearing to the Said Owen wholy uncapable to pay
   for meat drink and Lodging as also for her daughters afd the Said
   Owin the Said Mary and Child any more or Longer to find or provide
   with meat drink & Lodging altogether refused the afd James —
   afterwards that is to Say the afd twenty eighth day of January in
   the year afd at the County afd within the afd Jurisdicion In Consideracõn
   that the afd Owen at the Special Instance and request of the Said
   James would Continue the Said Mary and^InChild Sojourners with
