   It is Considered also by the Court the Same day last mentioned that—
   William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County take the afd Jno Underhill
   Junior to the publick whyping post and there to receive as in the Judgment~
   afd and then to bring him into Court againe &ca
   After which the Same day last mentioned Came the afd Sherf and made
   return of his Said precept in all things Served and Executed pr Wm Ffrisby Sher
   ordered by this Court here that the Said John Underhill Junior return unto
   his Said Mastrs Service againe
   ordered by this Court here that the Said John Underhill Junior’s Master
   at the Expiration of his time of Service be delivered to ye Court &ca

   His Lord Ship | Maryland Kent County Ss The Jurors for ye
           at | Lord Proprietarie of this Province & the body of —
   Jane Gibbins -        | Kent County upon their oath do present that Jane .
   Servt to Nathl Pearce—— | Gibbin late of Kent County afd Spinster the first day
   of Aprill one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen at Eastern neck hundred -
   in the County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court & at divers other days
   & times as well before as after the fear of God before her eyes not —
   having did committ fornication with a Certain James Doarn to the hig[h]
   displeasure of Almighty God & to ye evill Example of others against the
   peace &ca. & against the form of an Act of Assembly of this Province in
   that case made & provided Johnson pr Dne Propriet~— on the back
   of the preceeding bill was endorsed as folls vizt. Billa vera pr Simon
   Wilmer foreman—      -   Thereupon Command was given to
   the Cunstable of Morgans Creek hundred in Kent County the Twenty fourth
   day of March in the first year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca That he -
   take Jane Gibbin late of Kent County afd Spinster if She Should be found in
   his hundred and her Safe keep So that he Carry her before the next Justice of
   his Said Lord Ship for the County afd. and before the Same Justice to enter into
   Recognizance wth. Sureties for her appearance before the Justices of our next~
   County Court   to answer unto a Certain bill of Indictment found against~
   her by the grand Jury for Committing fornication &ca. and that he have
   then and there the Said precept &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt this nine
  :teenth day of June Anno Domi 1716 the day of return of Said precept~.
   Came the Cunstable of the hundred afd viz Nathaniel Pearce and made
   return thereof in all things Served and Executed &ca ——
   And now at this Court Came the afd John Johnson Clarke of the—
