   and is willing that Judgment Should be entred for the Same and Cost~
   accruing === Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt.
   this Twenty Second day of March Anno Domini one Thousand Seven
   hundred and Sixteen That the afd Plt Gilbert Higginson Recover
   against the Said Deft Thomas Young as well the afd Sume of—
   nineteen hundred Seventy and three pounds of Tobacco Debt
   as also the Sume of Two hundred Seventy and four pounds of~
   Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe —
   laid out and Expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   and the Said Deft— in mercy &ca

   Tho Christian | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
        at | the Twentieth day of March in the Second Year
   Tho Young — | of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. That he take

Thomas Young of Kent County Blacksmith if he
   Should be found in his Bailywick and him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Lordships Justices in Court now
   Immediately Sitting at the Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto Thomas Christian of a plea that~
   he render to him two pounds & Twelve Shillings Currant money
   of America which he unjustly detains   And that he have then~
   and there the Said writ &ca. Att which Said acct Court vizt the
   Same day last mentioned Came William Frisby Gent high
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words
   thereon endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf.
   And the Said Deft being called came And the Said Plt by —
   Thomas Bowne his attry prays that the Said Deft~ may give
   Special baile to the above Accõn which is granted and that—
   he be keept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill
   he Shall give Special baile in the above Accon and doth undertake for ye
   Said Deft the payment of the Debt afd and Cost thereon accruing
   if in Case the Said Plt Shall obtaine Judgment against the Said
   Deft~ in the Said Accõn of Debt and the Said Deft~ the —
   Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody
