   by the Court here vizt. this Twenty Second day of March Anno Domi
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen That the afd Plt Richard
   Davis Recover against the Said Deft~ John Kaisly as well the
   afd Sume of Twelve hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco Debt
   as also the Sume of Two hundred and Sixty pounds of Tobacco
   Cost by the Said Plt about his Suite in this behalfe Expended &
   by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft~ in~
   mercy &ca.
   Memorandym The afd Plt by his attry afd comes into
   Court and acknowledges to have Recd in part of the above
   Debt the Sume of Seven hundred and Sixty two pounds of
   Tobacco and relinquishes the Same Sum out of the above
   Judgment—

   Daniel Maggs | Baron of Baltemore &ca To the Sherf of

Kent County greeting Wee Command you—
   that you attach any the Goods Chattells Rights or Credits of Danl.
   Maggs of Kent County Weaver otherwise called Dannell Maggs of
   Kent Island in Queean Ann’s County wever if they Shall be found in
   your Bailiwick to the value of Twelve hundred pounds of Tobacco
   and when y.o have the Same So attached or any part thereof the
   Same in your Custody keep So that you have them before the Justic[es]
   of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town—
   of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in March next then~
   and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and -
   for the use of a Certain Thomas Kelley unless he the Said Daniel
   Maggs by himselfe or his attry Shall appear and answer unto the
   Said Thomas Kelley in a plea that he render to him Sume of
