   And Whereupon the afd James by Thomas Bowne his attry Complains for that
   whereas ye afd David ye fourteenth day of 7.ber Anno Domini Seventeen—
   hundred & fifteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the —
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court In Consideration that the afd James at the Special
   Instance & request of the afd David had then and there Bargained Sold &
   delivered to the afd David to ye use of the afd David divers Goods &
   Merchandizes in an Acco.t hereto annexed Sett forth at the rates and prices
   in the Said Acco.t Shewn amounting in the whole to Eight hundred forty
   & four pounds of Merchantable Tobacco Upon himselfe assumed and to
   the Said James then and there faithfully promised that he the Said—
   David the afd Eight hundred forty and four pounds of Merchantable
   Tobacco to ye afd James when thereunto afterwards required would well
   and truly pay & Content And that wereas also the afd David —
   afterwards vizt the fourteenth day of 7.ber afd in the year afd at the
   Parish afd in the County afd and in ye afd Jurisdiciõn In consideration
   that the afd James at the like Special Instance and request of the
   afd David had then and there last Said Sold and delivered to ye
   afd David to ye only use of the Said David the goods & Merchandises
   in an Acco.t also hereto annexed Specifically Shewn upon himselfe
   assumed and to the Said James then and there last mentioned
   faithfully promised that he the Said David So much Merchantable
   Tobacco as the afd Last mentioned goods & Merchandises Sold &
   delivered as afd at the time of Sale and delivery thereof at
   reasonable rates and prices were worth and Amounted to unto-
   the Said James when thereunto required would well and truly pay
   and Content And the afd James in deed Saith that the afd last
   mentioned goods and Merchandises Sold and delivered as last~
   mentioned at the time of the Sale and delivery thereof at—
   reasonable rates and prices were worth and amounted to the
   Sum of Eight hundred forty and four pounds of Merchantable Tobo.
   in manner as in the last mentioned Accot. Shewn of which the
   Said David then and there last mentioned had Notice Never :
  :theless the afd David his Severall Promises and assumptions afd
   in forme afd made as to the Severall Sums of Tobacco in the
   whole amounting unto Sixteen hundred Eighty and Eight
   pounds of Merchantable Tobacco he hath litle regarded but
