   139                                    March Court 1716
   Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the
   Sherf of Said County^deliveror that the Said William Woodland the body of—
   the Said John Burk Shall not render &ca ——
      After which the Said Deft~ comes and in his proper person appears
   to the above Accõn and Saith that he Cannot gainsay the Accõn
   afd of him the Said Plt nor but that he is indebted to the Said plt-
   as above declared and is willing that Judgment Should be entred
   for the Same and Cost accruing :    Therefore it is Considered by
   the Court here vizt. this Twenty Second day of March Anno Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen That the Said Plt James
   Harris recover against the Said Deft John Burk as well the afd
   Sume of Six hundred ninety Eight pounds of Tobo Debt as also
   the Sume of Three hundred and one pounds of Tobacco Cost by the
   afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe laid out and Expended —
   And the Said Deft~ in mercy ——————

   James Harris Esqr. | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
        at | County the Twenty Sixth day of November
    David Hull— - | in the Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion


&ca. That he take David Hull of Kent County
   planter if he Should be found in his Bailiwick and him Safe—
   keep So that he have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of
   the next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of-
   Chester in Said County to Answer unto James Harris of a plea of —
   Trespass upon ye Case and that he have then and there the Said writ~
   &ca.   Att which Said next Court viz. the nineteenth day of March—
   the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came—
   William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return—
   thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt. Cepu Corpus pr
   Wm Ffrisby Sherf .    .   . And a Decln being fild when Said writ~
   Issued forth and a Copy thereof Served therewith According to an
   Act of Assembly in Such Cases made which is as folls viz Kent~
   County Ss David Hull of Kent County Planter Stands attached to
   Answer unto James Harris of a plea of Trespass upon ye Case~—
