   being called over as also the Plt and Deft. do all appear and being asked whether
   they are agreed on a verdict do Say they are agreed on a verdict and being —
   demanded whether they find for the Plt or Deft do Say they find for the
   Deft~ and that he did not assume in that manner and forme as the
   Plt above hath declared against him and by Samuel Thomas there
   foreman also Say The afd Deft by his afd attorney prays Judgment on
   the verdict afd =    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here
   viz^t. this Twenty Second day of March Anno Domini one Thousand
   Seven hundred and Sixteen That the afd Plt William Woodland .
   take nothing by his writ and Declaration afd but that he and his
   pledges of Prosecuting be in mercy And that the Said Deft go —
   thereof without day and also that the afd Deft William Ringgold
   Recover against the Said Plt William Woodland as well the Sume
   of Six hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco Cost by the Said Deft~
   about his defence in this behalfe laid out and Expended According
   to the forme of the Satute &c^a

Philip Eilbeck -	\|	he take Philip Eilbeck of Kent County Glaizer

   if he Should be found in his Bailiwick and him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Lordships Justices of the next
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said
   County to Answer unto Samuel Hunter of a plea of Trespass upon
   y^e Case and that he have then and there the Said writ &c^a.
     Att which Said next Court viz the nineteenth day of March—
   the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ
   Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made
