   And now at this Court came the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne
   his attorney And the afd Plt Comes into Court and proves his
   Accot. as above Stated and Saith the ballance due to him
   Thirty five Shillings and Eight pence half penny Currt.
   money. &nbps; the afd Plt by his afd attorney prays Judgment~
   for an Attachment for the Sume afd the afd Deft being —
   fleed out of this Province and that he may remaine without
   defence agst. the Said Deft~ =    Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here viz.t this Twenty Second day of March Anno
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen that for
   the afd Sume of Thirty five Shillings and Eight pence half —
   penney Currant money Damages and also the Sume of two .
   hundred and Sixty and Six pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt
   about his [Suit] Expended and that the Said Henry Lowe Junior
   have an Attachment ag.st the goods and Chattells rights and .
   Creditts of the afd Abraham Bush for the afd Damages and —
   Costs afd —————
