   Henry Lowe Junr | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
          a t | the Twenty Sixth day of November in the Second
   Abraham Bush    | year of our Dominion &ca. That he take Abraham


Bush late of Kent County Labourer if he Should be
   found in his Bailwick & him safe keep So that he have his body
   before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto
   Henry Lowe Junr. of a plea of Trespass upon the Case   and that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca. At which Said next Court~
   viz the nineteenth day of March the Same year last mentioned
   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high—
   Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words —
   thereon Endorsed as folls viz.t Non Est Inventus pr Wm Ffrisby Sher
   And A Short note being fild when Said writ Issued and a Copy
   thereof Expressing the true cause of Accõn left~ at the last~
   place of abode of Said Deft~ according to an Act of assembly
   of this Province in Such Cases made. was as folls viz.t Henry Lowe
   Junior   agst. Abraham Bush : Trespass upon the Case The true
   cause of Accõn is the Said Deft Abraham Bush Stands Indebted
   on Ballance to the afd Plt~ Henry Lowe Jun.r the Sume of one
   pound fifteen Shillings and Eight pence half penny Currant money
   of America as pr Accot. hereto Annext appears for which the Sd
   Plt prays an Attachment~ may to him be granted According to
   Act of Assembly in Such Cases made &c.a TBowne pr q.r pls &ca. Jno&Doe
