   Mr Gilbert Falconar appointed oversear of a Road that is to be
   cleared from his house at the Head Chester to the head of Sarsafrax and
   Mr. William Comegys to lay the Same out——
    M.r William Comegys appointed oversear of the Road from—
   prickle pare Mill to Siprus Branch . the Same  alleadges that there
   is a very bad branch in the Said Road that cannot be made Sufficient
   without much trouble viz its’ calld Toaes old Mill branch This Court
   orders that what charge the Said Mr Wm Comegys is at in victualing
   and drink to people in doing or making A Bridge over Said branch
   he be allowed for the Same in the next Levey ———
     Roger Hix appointed oversear of the Road from Siprus branch to .
     John Ellis
     John Brooks appointed Cunstable of Morgans Creek hundred and Sworn
   and also Signes the Test and oath of abjuration &ca. In Room of Willm
   Simson— and Signes the Test and Oath of abjuration
   Thomas Ringgold appointed Cunstable of Easter neck hundred
   and Sworn also Signes the Test and Oath of abjuration &ca in—
   Room of Wm Deane— the Same Signes ye Test and ye Oath of Abjuration
        Court adjourns till tomorrow morning Eight Clock—

for his appearance be discharged
   John Adax afd his recognizance taken the Twenty Second day of-
   February last in the Sume of Twenty pounds Sterling for his appeare.
   to this Court and to be Levied for the use of his Said Ldship &ca if in—
   case he did not appeare This Court discharges the Same Recoge.
   Likewise Mathew Beck at the Same time afd Entrd into Recognizance
