   Same time afd entred into Recognizance for his appearance to this Court
   the Said Wm in his proper person appears to the Same . . ordered by
   this Court here that his Recognizance be discharged &ca.
      William Cock afd his recognizance taken in the Sume of five pounds
   Currant money of this Province to appear as an Evidence agst. the
   afd Rob.t Brown the Same Recognizance is by this Court here
   discharged &ca —
      William Sell as Prosecutor ag.st the afd Robert Brown at the Same
   time afd Entred into Recognizance for his appearance to this Court as
   prosecutor .   The Same William in his proper person appears to .
   the Same   ordered by this Court here that the Same recognizance
   be discharged &ca
   William Sell afd his Recognizance taken in the Sume of five
   pounds Currant money of this Province to appear as Prosecutor agst. the
   Robert Browne the Same Recognizance is by this Court here discharged
   &ca
                     Court adjourns an hour againe meets .

Crewe of Said County was the begitter of the Child
   She was last delivered of and by whom She did committ fornication with
   as afd   And Saith that She is guilty of a breach of the Law agst—
   persons Committing fornication &ca. and that She Submitts to this Cort.
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.t this nineteenth
   day of June Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen
   That the afd Rose Debruler pay the Sume of thirty Shillings Currt.
   money of this Province for her offence of Committing of fornication—
   afd and also pay ye Sume of Eighty Eight pounds of Tobo. Cost——
   accruing on the premises afd    . .    ordered by this Court here that
   the afd fine be Delivered to ye Sherf of Said County w.ch is done accord:
