   the Act relateing to the highth of fences and restraining the Multiplicity
   of Horses   Read to the Grand Jury . and Sent out~. &ca——
   M.r Samuel Wickes takes his place and Sits on ye bench ——
   M.r Marmaduke Tilden takes his place and Sits on ye bench—
   Capt Hugh Arbuthnott brings a Power of Attorney from John
   Sparks and George Sparks both of the Burrough of Christ Church
   Twyneham in the County of South±son Butcher ye latter a Glover
   for him to Sell a parcell of Land in Sd County called Buck Hill one
   hundred Acres which bears date the 23d day of Octobr last Robert.
   Robertson an Evid.e to ye Same power of Attry Proves that the
   afd parties Signd Sealed and delivered ye afd Power of Attry for
   the use therein Contained and also did See John Favell Signe as .
   an Evidence to ye Same——
   Mr Lambt Wilmer takes his place and Sitts on ye Bench—
      Proclamation made for the Cunstables who do appear and Some
   are Sent to the Grand Jury ———

        at |   apprce. to this Cort.   And now at this Court apprs. in—
   Rob.t Brown | properson to the Same Ord.r that his Recog.e and his
   ————— | Sureties Recognize. be discharges &ca.
   Robert Brown afd his recog. taken the Sixteenth day of Janry last~.
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Currant money of this Province to be -
   Levied to ye use of his Said Ldsp &ca. if in case he did not appr at
   this Court and to answer unto what Should be objected ag.st him on his Sd
   Lord Ships behalfe &ca. The Same Recoge. is by this Court here discharged
   Likewise Francis Bellows and William Spearmint at the time afd entrd
   into Recog.e Each of them in the Sume of five pounds Currant money to
   be Levied as afd if in case the afd Robt. Brown did not appear and —
   answer as afd The Said Recognizes. Each of them are discharged
   Thomas Boswell as an Evide. against the afd Rob.t Brown at the Same
   time afd entred into recognizance for his appearance to this Court~
   the Same in his proper person appears to the Same   Ordered that
   his recognizance be discharged &ca. .   Thomas Boswell afd his recog.e
   taken in the Sume of five pounds Currant money of this Province to
   appear as an Evidence against the afd Robert Brown the Same
   Recognizance is by this Court here discharged &ca.
   William Cock as an Evidence against the Same   Rob.t at the Same
