   River in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Nineteenth day of~~
   March and Continued the Twentieth Twenty first Twenty Second and -
   Twenty third days of the Same Month in the Second Year of the Dominion
   of Charles absolute Lord and Proprietor of the Province of Maryland
   and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &ca. Anno Domi 1716 Before
