   Goods and Chattells of the Said Deceased on administred : Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty fourth day of—
   Novemb.r Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen
   That the afd Plt James Campbell Recover against the Said Deft James
   Rae in his afd Capacity the Sume of Twenty three Shillings and Six
   pence Currant money of the Goods and Chattells In his hands on Admi:
   :nistred of the Robert Dening as also That the afd Plt Recover
   against the afd Deft~. in his afd Capacity the Sume of Eighteen——
   Shillings and tenn pence the Remainer of ye Sume afd due Damages
   and also the Sume of four hundred thirty nine pounds of Tobo. Cost
   of Suite by the afd Plt Expended and by the Court here of his assent
   adjudged against the Goods and Chattells of the Sd Deceased when they
   Shall come to the hands of the Said Administrator to be Adminis:

   ———————— | was Summoned to answer unto Cornelius
   Harentun by ye name of Corneles Harintun of Baltemore County ——
   Carpenter of a plea that he render to him ye full Sume & Just quantity
   of one thousand eight and thirty pounds of good Sound Merchantable
   lefe Tobacco in Caske to Contain ye Same of the value of four pounds
   Six Shillings and Six pence Sterling money of Great Brittaine which
   he unjustly detains &ca —— And whereupon the Said Cornelius -
   by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that whereas the afd William
   the Twenty nineth day of Aprill Anno Domini Seventeen hundred
   & thirteen at Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his
   certain writing obligatory which the Said William Sealed with his
   Seale and as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought the date whereof
   is the Same day and year afd obliged himself to pay or cause to be
   well and truly paid to ye afd Cornelius ye afd full Sum & Just quantity
   of one Thousand Eight and thirty pounds of good Sound Merchantable
   leafe Tobacco in Caske to Containe the Same of the afd value of four
   pounds Six Shillings and Six pence Sterling money of Great Brittaine
   one moiety of the Same Tobacco in the month of 8ber. next Ensuing
