   Robert hath paid & Satisfied to ye Said James Campbell two Shillings and Six
   pence Currant money afd of ye afd four pounds two Shillings and Eight pence
   residue the Said James Rae to the Said James Campbell altho’ after the death of
   the Said Robert vizt on ye Eighteenth day of 9ber Anno Domi Seventeen—
   hundred & fifteen at Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn afd he hath
   been thereto required hath not paid but to pay or make Content therefore
   the Said Robert and James Rae and Every of them have denied and the afd
   James Rae the Said four pounds & two pence to pay hitherto hath denied
   and yet denys to the damage of the Said James Campbell Eight pounds Currant
   money of Maryland and thereupon he brings Sute &ca TBowne pr querr

         on the twentieth day of March Last at a Court then held for Sd County the
        afd Deft by John Roberts his attry appeared to the above accon and
        the Same Cause was Continued untill the then next Court in Corse
         At which Said next Court vizt ye nineteenth day of June Anno Domi one
        Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen the Same Cause was Continued untill
        the then next Court in Course att which Said Court the Deft afd by his
        attry afd filed his plea that he had fully Administred . on which the .
        Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Court~ in Course - Att which
        Said next Court vizt the twenty first day of August the Same year last
        mentioned the Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Cort. in Course
        Att which Said next Court viz this twenty fourth day of November the Same
        year last mentioned the Said Cause Standing for Tryal Came the afd Plt by
        his afd Attry and the Said Deft~ who with draws his Plea wherein
        he pleaded that he had fully Administred And Acknowledges the
        Sume of Twenty three Shillings and Six pence in his hands of the
                                                                                                     Goods
