   Johnson his attry prays he may have liberty to file reasons in arrest~
   of Judgm.t of ye verdict of the Jurors w.ch was granted The Reasons being
   fild the Said Cause was Continued untill the then next Court~ ——

   James Rae — | Rights & Credits which were of Robert Dening late of
   Said County Planter deceased at the time of his death who died Intestate
   as his Said was attaiched to answer unto James Campbell of Said County
   of a plea of Trespass upon ye Case &ca. And whereupon the Said James -
   Campbell by Thomas Bowne his attry Complains for that whereas the
   afd James Campbell from ye fourteenth day of 7ber Anno Domini Seven:
  :teen hundred and fourteen untill the fourteenth day of 8ber Anno —
   Domini Seventeen hundred fifteen was at Kent County afd within the
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court an approved Ordinary keeper and Sold and vend’d
   to the Inhabitants of this Province Liquors and other ordinary Acco=
  :modations according to and at the usual and respective Rates and prices
   assessed by the Justices and Commissioners for the afd Kent County Court
   in their Court Sitting during which Said time of the Said James Campbell
   So keeping Ordinary viz the thirteenth day of Octob.r Anno Domini—
   Seventeen hundred & fifteen afd at Kent County afd within ye Jurisdicon
   of this Court in the life time of the Said Robert the Same Robert In Conside:
  :ration the Said James at the Special Instance and request of the Said Robt.
   had then and there last Said in ye life time of the Said Robert vended —
   Sold and delivered to ye Said Robert to the use and behoofe of the Said
   Robert divers Liquors & other ordinary accomodations at the usuall
   Rates and prices assessed as afd as by the Records of the Said Rates
