                                         June Court 1715
   Att which Said next Court viz.t the Seventh day of June in the
   yeare last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came —
   William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made —
   returne thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt.
   Cepi Corpus pr W.mFrisby Sherf ——
    And the Said Deft. being called Came and the Said Plt. by
   Thomas Bowne his Attry. and Prays that the Sd Deft. might~.
   give Spcial bayle to the above accõn which is granted and
   that William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County keep the afd
   William Halts in Safe Custody untill he Shall give Speial bayle to
   the afd Accõn ——.
   David Young . | This being an accon of Debt for the .
                at | Sume of 2400.lb ToboThe Same writ was returnd.
   William Simson | Endorsed viz Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf.


And now at this Court Came the afd Plt~ in
   Proper person and Saith the afd Accõn is agreed and prays it may
   be So entred The afd accon agreed and that all proceedings therein~
   Cease &ca ——
    Philip Kennard | duces Tecum the debt being 600lb Tob.o The —
           —— | Same writ was returnd by the Sherf that~
                at | the Said Sarah was not to be found pr ——
   Sarah Blackleage . | Wm Frisby Sherf ——
   John Faning | Command was given to the Sherf of Kent County
                at | the nineth day of Aprill in the first yeare of the
   John Moore   | Reigne of his now Majesty George &ca. that~. he take


John Moore of Sd County Weaver if he Should be found


in his Baylwick and him Safe keepe So that he .
   have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be
   held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer
   unto John Faning of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca.
