   And now at this Court Came the Said Plt~ by Thomas Bowne his Attry —
   and Prays that the afd Accõn maybe discontinued The Same accõn
   Discontinued and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   Nathaniel Hynson | This being a Scire facias for the -

   Mary Bowles —— | Endorsed Sciri feci~ .
   and the afd Mary Comes into Court and in her proper person
   appeared to the above Sciri facias and prays liberty thereof to —
   imparle thereto and to answer at next Court which is granted the
   Same day is given the Plt~. in like manner ——
   Renatus Smith | This being an accõn of Debt for the
                at | Sume of 500lb Tobo the Same was returnd
   John Cockram | endorsed as foll viz.t Non Est Inventus —

   Renatus Smith | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
           — at —— | County the nineth day of Aprill in the
   William Halts . | first year of the Reigne of his now Majtie

of Kent County Carpenter ali Dics William~
   Halts of Kent County in the Province of Maryland Carpenter if he
   Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keepe Soe that he
   have his body before her Said Majesties Justices of the next Court~.
   to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County
   to Answer unto Renatus Smith of a plea that he render him ye.
   full and Just quantity of three Thousand two hundred pounds of —
   good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco in Cask to Containe ye Same
   of ye value of thirteen pounds Six Shillings and eight pence —
   Sterling money which he unjustly detains &ca. And that he
   have then and there the Said writ &ca —
