   Att which Said next Court viz.t the Seventh day of June the Same year
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~.
   high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon
   endorsed as foll viz.t   Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf
     and att the Same Court Came the afd Deft~. by James Earle his —
   Attry and appeared to the above Accõn and prayd liberty thereof
   to imparle thereto and to Answer at next Court which to him is
   granted the Same day is given the Plt~ in like manner ——
   David Young - | This being an accõn of Trespass upon ye.
                — at — | Case The Same writ was returnd pr the Sherf
   James Williamson | Endorsed vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf .


And now at this Court Came the afd Plt~
   in Proper Person into Court and Saith that the afd Accon is agreed and -
   prays it may be So entred the above accõn agreed and that all—
   proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
