                                         June Court 1715 —
   if he Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keep So that
   he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court
   to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to
   Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson of a plea that he render him the full
   and Just Sume of Six thousand four hundred pounds of Sound —
   Merchantable leafe Tobacco in Casque of ye value of Twenty Six pounds -
   thirteen Shillings & four pence Sterling money which from him~
   he unjustly detains And that he have then and there this writ
   &ca    .   .    Att which Said next Court vizt. the Seventh day of.
   June the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said .
   writ Came William Frisby Gent. high Sherf of Said County and
   made returne thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls.
   vizt. Cepi Corpus pr W.m Frisby Sherf. And the Said Deft~. by .
   James Earle his Attry apprs. to the above accõn . . there being
   a Decln fild in ye Same on which the Same accõn was Transm.td
   to ye tryal Docket and afterwards the Said accõn was by this
   Court Continued untill next Court- ———
    Nathaniel Hynson | This being an accõn of Debt for
                     at | ye Summ of 368lTobo. the Same
    Daniel Purkins .    | writt. was returned Endorsed as folls —


vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf.
   and now at this Court Came the afd Plt~. in proper person and Saith
   that the above accon is agreed and prays it may be So entred the
   afd Accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   Nathaniel Hynson | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon
                at | the Case The Same writ was returnd b[y]
