June Court 1715 if he Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Nathaniel Hynson of a plea that he render him the full and Just Sume of Six thousand four hundred pounds of Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco in Casque of ye value of Twenty Six pounds - thirteen Shillings & four pence Sterling money which from him~ he unjustly detains And that he have then and there this writ &ca . .
