   Michael Bourne of ye Said County Shoemaker if he Should in his Baylwick & him
   Safe keep So that he have his body before her Said late Majesties Justices
   of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Sd
   County to Answer unto William Symcoks of ye Same County   Planter of a plea
   that he render him twelve pair of mens fall Shoes made of good and -
   Sufficient Tanned Leather each pair of ye Value of Six Shillings Currant
   money of this Province in ye whole of ye value of Seventy and two Shillings
   Currant money of this Province which from him he unjustly detains &ca.
   And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca. . Att which Said next
   Court vizt. the Second day of November in the first year of the Reigne
