| Her Majesties writt of Attachment Issued as folls vizt.
   Philip Holeadger | Anne &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting we Comd.
             at | y.o that y.o Attach any ye goods Chattells Rights & Creditts of
   Solomon Wild . | Solomon Wild late of ye afd County Planter if they Shall
   be found in your Baylwick to ye value of one Thousand and Eighty pounds of Tobo
   & when y.o have the Same So Attached or any part thereof the Same in your
   Custody keepe So that y.o have the Same before the Justices of our next—
   County Court to be held at our Court house in ye Town of Chestr. in Said County
   on the first Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Philip Holeadger as well ye
   Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco Damages upon Judgement obtained -
   against the Said Deft before ye Justices of our Said Court on the third
   day of March Instant whereof he was Convict as appears upon Records wch.
   ye Sume of Two hundred & Twenty pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also
   together w.th the additionall Cost thereon Accrueing and that by good & Lawfull
   men of your Baylwick y.o make known unto ye party or person in whose —
   hands y.o make the Same Attachment as afd that he she or they be &
   appear before the Justices of our Said Court at the time & place afd to Shew
   Cause (if any) why the Same ought not to be Condemned in his her or there
   hands for Satisfaccõn of the Damages & Cost afd hereof faile not at your -
   Perill & have y.o then & there the names of the persons before whom y.o
   Shall make the Same known & this Writt Witness William Pearce Gent
   chiefe Justice of our Said Court this Sixth day of March in ye twelfth year of [our]
   Reigne &ca. Annoque Domini 1713 Bowne pr Querr Jams Smith Clk —
   Att which Said next Court vizt the first day of June Annoque Domini one
   Thousand Seven hundred & fourteen the day of return of Said writt Came.
   James Harris Gentleman and made Return thereof in these words thereon—
   Endorsed as folls viz. These are to Certifie to ye Justices within mentioned that
   I have Attacht of ye goods and Chattells of ye within named Solomon Wild -
   to ye value of one Thousand and Tenn pounds of Tobacco that is to Say in the
   hands and possession of ye within named Philip Holeadger one Ewe price Sixty
   Pounds of Tobacco also in ye Possession of the Same one three year old Stone
   horse price five hundred pounds of Tobacco also in ye Possession of a Certain
