   with ye Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco additional Cost hereof faile not at your
   Perill & have y.o then & there this writt witness William Pearce Gent chiefe Justice
   of our Said Court this 6.th day of March In ye twelfth Year of our Reigne &ca. Annoque .
   Domini 1713    Bowne pr Quer Jams Smith Clk    Att which Said next Court viz the
   first Day of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and four:
  :teen the day of Return of Said writt Came James Harris Gentleman and made
   return of Said writt in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz.t Cepi Corpus .
   pr Jas Harris Sherf.

| Her Majesties writ of Capias ad Satisfaciendum Issued as
     Nathaniel Hynson | foll viz    Anne &ca. To the Sherf of Kent County greeting
                at | we Com.d y.o that y.o take ye Body of Michael Byrne of Kent~
     Michael Byrne — | County in ye Province of Maryland Cordwainer als Dics.
   Michal Byrne of Kent County in ye Province afd Planter if he Shall be found in
   your Baylwick & him Safe keep So that y.o have his body before ye Justices of our
   next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said
   County on the first Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto Nathaniel Hynson~
   of ye. Same place Merch.t as well ye Sume of four pounds Currant money of the
   afd Province Damages by him the Said Plt Recovered against the Said Michael
   Byrne before ye Justices of our Said Court on ye fourth day of March Instant whereof
   he is Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of three hundred Twenty
   three pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also together with the Sume of forty Six
   pounds of Tobacco additonal Cost hereof faile not at your perill & have y.o then~
   & there this writt witness William Pearce Gent chiefe Justice of our Said Court
   this 6.th day of March In ye twelfth year of our Reigne &ca. Annoque Domini—
   1713 Bowne pr Querr Jas Smith Clk .   Att which Said next Court viz the first~
   day of June Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fourteen the .
   day of Return of Said writt Came James Harris Gent and made return of Said writ
   thereon Endorsed as foll viz.t Cepi Corpus pr Jas Harris [Shf?] —
   David Young . | Accon of Debt for ye Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco —
           at | The Same writ was Returnd Endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus pr
   Darby Whaland | Ja Harris Shf    and now at this Court Came the Said Plt by
   Ffrancis Cooke his attorney and Saith that ye above Accõn is agreed Between ye.
   Plt & Deft. & prays it may be So Entred. The above Accon Agreed and that
   all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
