   her goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if She
   the afd Mary do not make her personall appearance at the next Court to
   be held for Said County to Answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found
   against her for Cohabitting with a Certain James Meeks &ca. where with
   She doth Acknowledge herselfe to be therew.th Content
   Likewise James Meeks of this County Comes into Court and acknowledges
   himselfe Indebted to his Maj.ty King George his heirs and Success.rs in y.e
   full and Just Sume of Tenn pounds Sterling to be Leaveyd on his —
   goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if the afd
   Mary Neale do not make her personall appearance at the next Court to
   be held for Said County and to Answer as afd wherewith he acknowledge
   himselfe to be therewith Content—— ———
    M.r William Comegys takes his place and Sitts on the bench~
   which Said prsentment was by John Johnson Clark of the Indictments —
   framed into a Bill of Indictment to which the Said Thomas Bowne was
   Called who accordingly Came into Court and in his proper person appeared
   to ye Same And the Court here ordered that he Should enter into Recogniz.e
   with Suretys for his appearance to next Court to Answer the Same &ca.
   Accordingly the Said Thomas Bowne Came into Court and Acknowledged
   himselfe Indebted to his Majesty King George his heirs & Success.rs in the
   full and Just Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg to be Leaveyd on his Goods &.
   Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he did not make
   his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County
                                                                                                     and
