                                    March Court 1714/15
   and at the Same Court to Answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found —
   against him for assaulting of A Certain Benjamin Gatchell to which he
   acknowledged himselfe to be therewith Content —
   Likewise Came into Court Michael Hacket & James Smith both of Said -
   County and Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Maj.ties King George his .
   heirs & Success.rs in the full & Just Sume of five pounds Sterll. Each to be
   Leaveyd on there goods and Chattells Lands & Tenements Conditionally that
   if the Said Thomas Bowne Shall not make his prsonall appearance at ye.
   next Court to be held for Said County and at ye Same Court to Answer unto the.
   afd Bill of Indictment found against the Said Thomas Bowne for assaulting:
   of ye afd Benjamin Gatchell to which ye afd Michael & James acknowledges
