   prays that he may have an Attry. to plead for him Ordered by the
   Court here that Mr. Thomas Bowne one of the Attrys of this Court that he
   appear for the afd James .   .    ordered by this Court this Court here that
   the afd James give Surety for his appearance to next Court to Answer.

    James Meeks afd Comes into Court and Acknowledged himselfe indebted
   to his Majesty King George his heires and Successors in the Sume of Tenn
   pounds Sterling to be Leavey’d on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenem.ts
   Conditionally that if the afd James Shall not make his personall appearance
   at the next Court and to Answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found.
   against him for Cohabitting with a Certain Mary Neale &ca. wherewith the.
   afd James doth acknowledge himselfe to be therew.th Content— —
   Likewise Francis Meeks of this County Comes into Court and acknowledg
   himselfe Indebted to his Majesty King George his heirs and Successors in
   the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leaveyed on his goods
   and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionall that if the afd James
   Meeks doth not make his personall appearance at the next Court and.
