   Mr Ebenezar Blackiston Master of the afd Mary Jones Prays.
   an allowance &ca.   ordered by this Court here that the afd Mary Jones
   Serve Her afd Master the Space or terme of one year at the Expiration
   of the Service She now Stands obliged. the Same being allowed to ye
   afd Master for Losse of time bringing to bead Disgrace of his house
   and for paying the woman that delivered her and for maintaining the
   Child to this day being a female
    ordered by this Court that the afd Mary be delivered up to this Court
    when Served her time out w.th her afd Master that She now Stands
    obliged-
    The Court Requests Mr Ebenezar Blackiston to take the Child that
    was delivered of the afd Mary Jones ye Same being now about two
    months old and will make him Some Satisfaccon for the Same -
    ordered by the Court here That the afd female Child Serve the —
    afd Ebenezar Blackiston untill it Shall arrive at the age of—
    Sixteen Years or day of Marriage which Shall first happen-
    and to Instruct her in the Christian Ffaith   the afd Ebenezar
    Blackiston to have allowed him the Sume of Twelve hundred -
    pounds of Tobacco in the next Leavy for takeing the afd Child on
    which he Saith that he will keepe the Same and that it Shall
    not dureing the time afd be any charge to the County
                                                                                      Jams Smith Clk .
   His Majty — | The Grand Jury this Court haveing found a prsentment
        — | against ye afd James for Cohabitting w.th a Certain Mary-
     - at — | Neale Ag.st an Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca.
   James Meeks  | on which this Court doth order that the afd James be:
   Sent for to give Surty.   After which the Said James Came into -
   Court and in his Proper Person and appeared to the Same and -
