                                    March Court 1714/15
   God against the peace of our Sovereigne Lord the King his Crown & dignity.
   and the form of an Act of Assembly of this Province in Such Case now
   in force in Such case made and provided Johnson pr Dom Rege .
   on the back of the preceeding bill was endorsed as foll Billa vera
   Saml Wallis foreman—   pr Information Edwd Davis Cunstable
     And the afd Katharine Came into Court and in her proper person
   appeared to the afd Indictment    And the Same Indictment being
   read in Court   And    mature deliberation being by the Court thereupon
   taken and for the Severall imperfections in the afd Indictment Contained
   the Court doth adjudge the Same insufficient in Law to Cause the afd.
   Katharine to make answer thereto Therefore it is Considered by
   this Court here viz this Eighth day of Aprill Anno Domini one -
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen~ that the afd Katharine Gear as to
   the afd Indictment go thereof with out day And that the Same be quashed
   and held for naught

   His Majty— - | The Said Katharine being delived of a base born
        —— | Child Comes into Court and in her. proper person—
           at | appears in Court ordered by the Court here That
   Kathae Gear Servt. | the Said Katharine Prove the begitter of the Child
   woman to Mr Tho Tolley | She was last delivered of And the afd Katharine .
   Comes and takes her Corporall Oath on the Holy Evangilists of Almighty God.
   and Saith the last Child She was delivered of which is now in her Arms.
   and a female The Same Child Jacob a Slave belonging to Mr. Thomas Tolley
   of this County was the begitter of ye Saide Child on her body . Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here viz this Eight day of Aprill Anno:
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Ffifteen That the Said
   Katharine Gear [at] the Expiration of her time that She is now —
