                                       March Court 1714/15                                      85  
   a Servant for^toServe the full Space and terme of Seven years for her
   Committing the offence afd According to Act of Assembly in Such case made
   &ca and also pay the Sume of one hundred and four —— pounds of Tobo
   Cost accrueing on the Premises afd to the officers of this Court
   Thomas Tolley master of the afd Katharine Prays an allowace for the
   loss of her Service disgrace of his house and trouble and Charge of in the
   time of her travel bringing to bead and paying the woman [of?] delivered
   her ordered by the Court here that the Said Katharine Gear at
   the Expiration of her Service She now is obliged to Serve Her afd —
   Master that She Serve him one yeare for the afd losse of time in
   her travell bringing to bead paying the woman that Delivered her
   and disgrace of his house &ca —
    And ordered by the Court here that her afd Master at the Expiracõn
   of the afd Katharine Service She be delvered to this Court &ca. in ordr. to -
   be disposed of as in the afd Judgmt.
   The Child afd being now about Six months old is ordered to be taken~
   Care of ———
    Mr. Thomas Tolley Comes into Court and Saith that if the Court thinks
   fitt he will take the Molatto Child being a female that was delivered
   of the afd Katharine Gear .and he Saith he will keep the Same from-
   being any Charge   to the County ordered by the Court here that the afd
   Molatto Child Serve the afd Thomas Tolley untill the Same Shall~
   arrive to the age of Thirty one years it being now about Six month.
   old he keeping the Same from any Charge that hath or may Accrue to
   the County dureing the time afd. and to instruct her in ye prinsipalls of ye
   Christian faith and at ye Expiration of her time She         — Jams Smith Clk —
   give an Account thereof ——————————

   Rebecah Knowlman daughter of Anthony Knowlman late of the.
   afd County deceased y.e Said orphan being twelve years old the —
