   afd Deft George Hill as well the afd Sume of Eighteen Shilling Currant mony
   afd Damages as also the Sume of two hundred Eighty eight pounds of~
   Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt. about his Suite in this behalfe layd out &
   expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said Deft in
   mercy &ca.

   Spinster if She Should be found in his hundred (or near there abouts). and.
   her Safe keep So that he Carry her before ye next Justices of our Said Lord the
   King for Said County and there to enter into Recognizance with Such Sureties as.
   ye Same Justice Should think fitt for her personall appearance before ye..
   Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of.
   Chester in Said County to Answer unto a Certain Bill of Indictment found-
   against her for Committing fornication with a Certain man unknown &ca.
   and that he was to have then and there the Said precept &ca. Att. which
   Said next Court viz.t the first day of March in ye year afd the day of .
   return of Said precept Came the Cunstable of the hundred afd and
   made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as foll viz
