                                    March Court 1714/15
   and Six pence unto ye afd Nathaniel hath not rendered or paid but the .
   Same to render or pay ye Sd George hitherto hath denied & yet denys to ye.
   damage of ye Said Nathaniel twenty Shillings Sterling money and thereupon
   he brings Suite &ca. T Bowne pr qr Plegs &ca. Jno Doe & Rd Roe -.
       And now at the Sd Court Came ye Sd Plt by his afd Attry and prays that
   the Said Deft may to his decln afd Answer   and there being no plea fild
   by the Deft to the decln on which this Court doth give rule to the afd.
   Deft to file his plea in twenty four hours otherwise Judgment to go agst
   the Same Deft by default &ca.
    And now at this Court viz.t the Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen Came the afd Plt by his .
   attry afd. And prays Judgment as afd for that the afd Deft hath~
   putt in no plea within the time limeted afd And the afd Deft~ —
   being Solemnly called Came not nor any person in his behalfe by
   which the afd Plt may Still remain against the Said Deft~ wholly
   undefended Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz.t the .
   Same day last mentioned That the Said Plt~ Nathaniel Hynson~
   Recover against the afd Deft George Hill as well the Sume of
   Six pounds two Shillings & Six pence Sterling money ye Debt afd as
   all So the Sume of two hundred and fifty eight pounds of Tobacco Costs
   by the afd Plt~. about his Suite in this behalfe layd out and expended
   and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and that the Said Deft be .
   taken into Custody
