                                      March Court 1714/15                                      80  
   Att Which Said next Court viz.t the Second day of November in the first~.
   year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca. the day of return of Sd
   writ Came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said County and made .
   returne thereof in these words thereon endorsed as foll viz.t Cepi Corpus
   pr Wm Frisby Sherf. .   .   Att which Said Court the Same Deft being
   Called Came and appeared in proper person and the afd Plt by
   Thomas Bowne his attry prayd that the Said   Deft. might give
   Speciall bayle to the afd Accon which was granted and that he .
   be kept in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill he Shall
   give Speciall bayle &ca. .
        Att which Said next Court viz.t the Sixth day of Aprill Anno -
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen Came the Said
   Plt. by his afd Attry and declare as foll viz.t Kent County Ss George
   Hill of Kent County in ye Province of Maryland Ship Carpenter alis Dics
   George Hill of Kent County in ye province of Maryland Ship Carpr: was —
   Summoned to Answer Nath Hynson of ye Same place Merch.t of a plea
   that he render to him ye full and just Sum of Six pounds two Shillings
   & Six pence Sterling money which to him he oweth and from him~
   unjustly detaineth And whereupon the Said Nathaniel by Thomas
   Bowne his attry Saith that whereas ye afd George ye fifteenth day
   of August Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and thirteen at ye Parish
   of S.t Paul in Kent County afd within ye Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his .
   certain Bill obligatory which the Said George Sealed with his Seale
   and as his deed delivered here in Court brought ye date whereof is
   ye Same day & year afd did bind himselfe to pay or cause to be .
   paid unto ye afd Nathaniel ye afd full and Just Sume of Six pounds
   two Shillings & Six pence Sterling money when thereunto required
   Yet ye afd George altho’ often required ye afd Six pounds two Shills.
