   antable Tobacco Clear of all manner of trash & ground leaves in Casque to .
   Containe ye Same of ye Value of fifty Shillings Sterling money which
   She unjustly detain &ca. And that he have then and there the Said
   writ &ca.   .    .    Att Which Said next Court vizt. this first day of~
   March ye Same year last. mentioned the day of return of Said writ .
   came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said County and made return
   thereof in these words thereon endorsed as foll viz.t Cepi Languidus p.r
   Wm Frisby Sherf—   on which the plt~. by Thomas Bowne
   his Attry Pray that a ducis Tecum may be made out against the .
   Sd Deft~ returnable to the next Court which is granted and ordered
   that the Same be made out as prayd &ca ——

   Robert Brown~ | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the

   in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Dennis Clarke of Sd County -
   Cordwainer of a plea that he render unto him the full Sume or just quantity
   of four hundred & Seaventy Pounds of good Sound Merchantable Leafe Tobo-
   clear of all manner of Trash & Ground leaves in Cask to Containe the Same.
