   of the Said Samuel and Francis Shall not render &ca —
    And the Said Defts in there Proper person appears to the above.
   Accõn and Saith that they cannot gainsay the Accõn afd of him the
   Sd Plt~. nor but that the writeing afd is there Act. and deed and .
   that they are indebted to him the Sume of five pounds Currant~.
   money ye debt afd and is willing that Judgment may be entred for
   the Same and Cost thereon   Accrueing: Therefore it is Considered
   by the Court here vizt. this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domini—
   one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the afd Plt Thomas
   Macnemara Esquier Recover against the afd Defts Samuel Exell
   and Francis Barney as well the Sume of Ffive pounds Currant—.
   money the debt afd as also the Sume of two hundred and eighty
   nine pounds of Tobacco Cost by the Said Plt~ about his Suite in~
   this behalfe expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged
   And the Said Defts. in mercy &ca ——
