June Court 1714 7 Tenements . to ye use of her Majestie her heirs & Successors that if he the Said Dominick Shall after ye return of ye above mentioned Certiorari plead to ye above. Indictment in ye Provinciall Court & at his own Charges Procure the Issue that Shall be Joyned on the Said Indictment to be tryed at ye Provinciall Court to be held - for Said Province the Second Tuesday in July next & give Notice to the afd James Harris the Prosecutor then the above Recognizance to be void the Said Dominick Acknowledged himselfe therewith to be Cont[ent &ca. ] Likewise Came into Court Benjamin Griffeth & William Howard of Said County and Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto our Sovereigne Lady ye Queen in ye Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg. Each to be Leveyed on their Goods & Chattells Lands &. Tenements to ye use of her Majestie her heirs & Successrs. that if he the above Said Dominick Kenslagh Shall after ye Return of ye above mentioned Certiorari plead to the above Indictment in ye Provinciall Court & at his own Charges Procure ye Issue that Shall be Joyned on ye Said Indictment to be tryed at ye. Provinciall Court to be held for Said Province the Second Tuesday in July next &ca that the Said Dominick Kenslagh give notice to ye afd James Harris ye Prosecutor then the above Recognizance to be void wherewith the Said Benjamin Griffith & ye Said William Howard Acknowledgeth themselves therew.th to be Contented ordered by the Court here that ye Evidences to ye above Indictment be bound - Likewise Michael Hackett of Said County Acknowledgeth himselfe Indebted Unto. our Sovereigne Lady ye Queen in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed on his Goods & Chattells Lands & Tenements to ye use of her Majestie her heirs & Successors that if he do not make his personall appearance at the Provinciall Court to be held for Said Province the Second Tuesday in July nex then & there to give his Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe against the abovesd Dominick Kenslagh then the above Recognizance to be void the Said Michael Acknowledg[eth] himselfe therew.th to be Content William Frisby of Said County Acknowledgeth himselfe Indebted unto our . Sovereigne Lady ye Queen in ye Sume of five pounds Sterlg to be Leveyed on his goods & Chattells Lands & Tenements to ye use of her Majestie her heirs & Successors that if he do not make his personall appearance at the Provinciall Court to be held for Said Province the Second Tuesday in July next then & there to give his Evidence on her Majesties Behalfe against the abovesaid Dominick Kenslagh then the abovesaid Recognizance to be void The Said William Acknowledges. himselfe |
