                                         March Court 1714/15
   an Act of Assembly of this Province now in force in that Case made
   & Provided                                                    Johnson pr Doms Rege ——
   Evid.e Heast.r Knight
   Billa Vera pr Edwd Plesto foreman——
   And the Said John being Called Came and in his proper person
   appeared to the Same   And the Same being read to him and be
   asked whether he was guilty or not. of the premises afd Answered
   that he was and Submitted himselfe to the Court. Therefore it is
   Considered by the Court here vizt this Seventh day of Aprill Anno.
   Domini one Thousand Seven   hundred and fifteen That the Said
   John Underhill Junior Receive on his bare back Twenty one Lashes
   till the blood appeare for his offence in Committing fornication Accord:
  :ing to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca. and also pay the Sume of
   Three hundred and fourty three pounds of Tobacco Cost arriseing on the .
   Premises to the officers of this Court &ca ——
   It is Likewise Considered by this Court vizt the Same day and yeare .
   last mentioned That William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County .
   take the Said John Underhill Junior and Carry to the whyping Post and .
   there to Receive on his bare back as in the Judgment abovesd and then
   to bring him into Court Againe ———
    After which the Same day last mentioned Came the Said Sherf made
   return of his precept ag.st the Said John Underhill Junior that in all
   things it was Served and Executed pr Willm Frisby Sher ———
   M.r Thomas Bowne prays this Court that he may have Satisfacion
   for Part of the trouble and disgrace of his house and for losse of .
   time of his Servant woman Elizabeth Poulson &ca. ordered by this
   Court here that the Said John Underhill Junior Serve his Said Master
