March Court 1714/15 69 four Months at the Expiration of his time it being in Satisfacion of . halfe the Charge . he being Servant. as also in Satisfaccion of what other Charge the Sd Master was at about bringing the afd Eliz.th to bed ordered by this Court that the Said John Underhill Junior be d.d to this Court at the Expiration of his Service ordered by this Court that the Said John do to his Masters Service Jams Smith Clk.
his proper Person appeared to the afd Indictment on which this Court orders that he Entr into Recognizance with Sureties to the next Court to Answer &ca. And the Said Daniel Perkins Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe Indebted to his Majestie King George his heires and Successors in the full and Just Sume of tenn pounds Sterling to be Leavey’d on his goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if He do not make his personall appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County and then and there to Answer unto a Certain Indictment against him for hogg Stealing and that in the mean time he is to be of good behaviour to which he acknowledges himselfe to be. therewith Content Likewise Comes into Court Arthur Miller and John Williams both of this County And Acknowledged themselves Indebted to his Majtie King |
