    found ag.st her for Committing fornication with a Certain man unknown &ca. This Court~
    here discharges the Same Recognizance
     Likewise Thomas Tolley and Edward Davis at the Same time Entred into Recoge.
   each of them in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl. to be paid to his Said Maj.tie to be —
   Leaveyd on there Severall Goods and Chattells &ca. Conditionally if the afd Mary
   did not make her personall appearance at this Court And to Answer as afd This
   Court here discharges Each of the Said Recognizance &ca —
      The Indictm.t against the Said Mary Freebourn followeth vizt Kent County -
   Maryland Ss The Jurors for our Sovereigne Lord the King upon there Oath do prsent
   that Mary Freebourn of Eastern Neck hundred in the County afd Spinster on the tenth.
   day of October in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & Eleaven at~.
   Eastern Neck hundred afd in the County afd the fear of God before her eyes not
   haveing did Committ fornication with a Certain Man to the Jurors Unknown to the~.
   high Displeasure of Almighty God against the peace of our Said Lord the King his
   Crown and dignity and the form of an Act of Assembly of this Province in Such Case
   made and provided    .    .    .    .    .    .              Johnson pr Doms Rege ——
   Evidences Mary Parks John Maguer & Joan Maguer -
   On the back of the Preceeding Bill was endorsed as foll viz   Billa Vara
   Saml Wallis foreman
    and now at this day Came the Said Mary and prays that Thomas Bowne one .
   of the Attrys of this Court may appeare for in the above Accõn. which is Granted and .
   The Said Thomas appears And Puts in a pleas as foll. viz .   and the afd Mary by —
   Thomas Bowne her Attry comes and Defends ye force and Injury &ca. and prays Judgmt.
   of the afd Bill or Indictm.t~ at the Sute of our Said Lord the King against the Said Mary
   found & Exhibited for and upon the afd Suggestion of fornication because She Saith .
   that the Said Bill or Indictm.t was not found nor Exhibited nor any Prosecution had —
   brought Sued or Exhibited for or upon y.e afd Suggested Act or offence of fornication
   within the time and Space of two Years next After y.e time of the afd Suggested &.
   Suggested Act of fornication Committed & done which by ye Laws of this Land ought to
   have been done & this She is ready to verefie Wherefore She prays Judgm.t
   of the afd Bill on Indictm.t and that the Same may be quashed & held for .
