   Yesterdays minutes read and approved ——

   John Knoulman Son of Antho Knouldman late of Sd County decd. the Sd —
   orphan was ordered to be brought to this Court And now being at Court Rachel
   Knouldman Sister of the Sd Jno Prays that the Sd John may be with her one —
   yeare which is granted. and She doth acknowledge that She will keep him and that
   there Shall Come no charge by the Sd Child for one Yeare but that She will be at
   all Charge in maintaining him and finding him Cloaths and at the end of one Yeare
   from this time and at the then next Court following at the Expiration will bring him
   to Court and^thatthe Court may further take Care of the Sd orphan— .
   John Taylor of this County appointed Guardian to Richard Knowlman Son of .
   Anth.o Knowlman late of Sd County decd —
   His Maj-tie | She being lately delivered of a base born Child. aprs. in Court
        at | and being ordered to prove the begitter deneys to do the Same.
   Mary Jones . | on which She is by this Court ordered to be kept in Custody untill

   The Grand Jury againe returns to the barr and being Asked whether they had .
   Endorsed the Evid.e on the Bill found yesterday Answered that they had and also returnd
   the foll Bills viz
    one against Mary Jones for Suffering herselfe to be begott w.th Child pr a negro
    one ag.st John Underhill Jun.r for Committing fornication w.th Eliz Poulson—
    one ag.st Elizabeth Poulson for Committing fornication w.th Jno Underhill Jun.r
   Grand Jury discharged and to be alld at William Glanvills five hundred
   pounds of Tobacco the Same to be alld him in the next Leavey &ca ——
