   Johnson pr Doms Rege -    on the Back of the preceeding Indictm.t was Endorsed .
   as folls viz.t    .   .   Ignoramus pr Edwd Plesto foreman—

   and the Said Thomas Prays the he may be Discharged ordered by this Court here
   that the Said Thomas be discharged . . The Said Thomas is from the premises afd
   that was Suspected discharged &ca.
   M.r William Frisby of this County Comes into Court and Assumes to pay James Smith Clarke
   of this Court the Sume of Eighty Eight pounds of Tobacco fees due from the Said Thomas.
   Russell on which the Sd James doth discharge the Sd Thomas &ca.

   Samuel Wallis John Heading Robert Darby and Robert Jones all as Evidences .
   Sworn on his Majesties behalfe and Sent the Grand Jury

   John Kaisly being by the Sherf of this County returnd on the Pannel of the.
   Pittit Jury as a Jury man And being Called Came not nor any person in his behalfe
   to Shew Cause why he did not appear . Therefore it is Considered by this Court—
   here viz.t this Sixth day of Aprill Anno Dom 1715 That the Said John Kaisly be find.
   the Sume of five hundred pounds of Tobacco to our Sovereigne Lord the King According
   to Act of Assembly in Such Case made &ca ——

   George Copper of Sd County Acknowledges a Conveyance being part of a tract of Land .
   Called Lords Gift fifty Acres also Mary Copper wife of the Said George being by M.r Mich.l
   Miller^oneof his Majesties Justices of the peace for Said County being by him Carryed out of
   the heareing of her Sd Husband did Acknowledge that She was free willing to the Passing
   of the Said Deed and that it was by her Consent without being reduced thereto by fear
   or threats of her Sd husband or any other means used by him.   Acknowledged in open-
   Court to John Cleaver and his heirs and Assignes &ca ——
